• Digital products are delivered instantly upon successful payment.
• Access details are sent via email/SMS to your registered contact details.
• If you do not receive access within 24 hours, please contact support@learnkaro.in with your Order ID.

2. Physical Books (Publications)

• Processing Time: Orders are processed within 2-3 working days from the date of purchase.
• Shipping Time:
  • Metro Cities & Major Locations: 5-7 working days
  • Remote & North East Regions: 7-15 working days
• Shipping Partners: We use reliable courier services and India Post for deliveries.

3. Shipping Charges

• Shipping charges (if any) will be displayed at checkout before completing the payment.
• Free shipping may be applicable for certain promotional offers.

4. Tracking Your Order

• Once shipped, a tracking link will be shared via email/SMS.

5. Delivery Issues
